hahaha. Even a quick pass with some polish would eliminate most of that..

Is it me or is that spoiler not even mounted straight. Looks much further forward on the drivers side than the passenger side.

hahaha no the OP spent 6 and a half hours on the car but couldn't get the pics to load and then it started raining so while waiting for him the thread got jacked to the max

I had my rear spoiler from my '98 repainted by a shop. The clear coat started to fail on it after about 10 years (factory paint). Mine wasn't that bad, but if his was like mine or worse, than clay barring the crap out of it would be the result in the picture. If you clear coat fails its too late to save it with a clay bar...epic fail! Go find a water base paint on an 80's GM and do the save thing. hahahaha

I call shenanigans on the spoiler. Bumper I'd be a little more inclined to say you have to, but you can get away without it on the spoiler, IMO.
