The blueberries have a new home

I bought Y2KSVT's old car last week. I haven't actually seen it personally yet, but I'm pretty happy based on the pictures that my family have sent me. While the blue wheels are slowly growing on me, I'm probably still going to paint them. I'm thinking gunmetal or maybe even silver. Anybody want to do a photoshop for me with gunmetal spokes? :shrug: I can't wait to get back up to Michigan next month and drive it.

The other owner should have never sold the original Rev Model X wheels. Those wheels looked awesome on the car.

I don't think that he ever actually got anybody to buy them. Either that or he didn't post when they sold. He said that they were pretty beat up, but who knows. I like the REV-X's for their light weight, and I generally prefer 5-spokes, but there's just something about them in those pictures. They are a little too dark on black with black oval and black hightowers, and for some reason they make the car look like a bubble to me.

If it makes everybody feel better, I did take the first step to restore it back to it's former glory- I bought this NIB Mirko off of Ft.WorthSVT this weekend. I'll paint it and put it on when I bring the car down to Texas this fall.

Yeah, I took the picture on my phone and sent it to starjammir to piss him off since he sent me one after he put the mirko on his car, knowing how badly I wanted one. My dad and I built the Cobra when I was younger.

Back on gun metal though. I'm thinking more like this, but the picture kind of sucks and I was just wondering if anybody was bored and would want to do it on a decent pic like my first one.
