I just wanted to say thanks to 69Boss302 for the great help that his thread on how to remove the driver's side door panel was to me with all the step by step info. and photographs. I found that my brother inlaws Contour's window problem was a broken cable. I was able to find another 99 Contour at the local Pick Your Part that had just been put in the yard and I was able to remove the channel-cable assembly and it only cost me $15.00 for the part and I installed it in the car and the window works great now.:laugh::laugh::laugh:

Yep, the Boss is great, both with jy parts and how-tos. :cool: Buy the Boss a drink (on me), the next time you guys see him at a meet. :)

Mike has been one very wonderful CEGer here. He helped me not only getting some JY parts, but also installed them. I also have used twice his service on the glass repair. He has great skills and great price on window-fix-a-crack. Very nice fella.

O Mike, next time I see you, I will buy you a drink too!
