How much does it cost to setup a Cafe Press store? Would it be worth it to have two price options for SZ- say $20/person w/out shirt or $30/person w/ shirt, and have it be the "default" SZ 08 shirt, with other color/style options available via Cafe Press?

Don't include them. Novelty T-shirts are a waste of money for me, they just sit in the closet and after some time get thrown away. I won't even wear it if it doesn't fit right .. I don't want to be forced to order one.
