Sz 2009

After seeing this, I have a renewed goal to put an SVT body kit on mine and get it repainted... but mine would be in the original Royal Blue/ Moonlight Blue paint. I don't know if I'd ever put in pillar gauges, seeing as I really have no use for them. lol. I just can't tell Mike... at SZ he wanted all the SVT body parts to himself. lol

she didnt win anything. im not sure she was even judged. i didnt see the judging slip in her window

What would really clean this up, would be to knauberize it... IMO Although its still a great looking car.

Sadly it probably isn't anymore. That was my sisters (I took the pic) and the kid who bought it was a 16yo from Orlando. I'm sure it's beat to hell now. That car was starting to show its age and if you didn't really stay on top of things it would have gotten ugly quick.

So who now owns GMK's old Cougar?
um ya that would be me. I try not to advertise it because the car when i got it was not in near the shape it has been previously:blackeye: I picked it up from him cheap and have finally finished puting the interior of the car back together and making it complete again. The body work/paint is going to be another story if I even try to go down that road.

Yeah, I know it was a little rough, and he had stripped the bejeezus out of that interior. But it was truly probably the quickest N/A 2.5 Cougar I had ever known. A good half-second quicker in the 1/4 than mine was at the time.

Does it still have the reverse hood hinges?

I got it dynoed at sz and was pretty pleased with the numbers it put down. Havent gotten it to the track yet but the mods are very minimal on the car right now. Interior I have all back together now finally. I picked it up with 1 racing seat half bolted in no brackets for the pass side one and all the interior seat belts and all was sitting in the car and in boxes 1 gross 01-02 headlight. There were a few of the goodies left on it but the hinges were not. It still has the st200 strutbar, x-cal2, headers, racing seats, wings west kit, 01-02 bumpers ps and alt ud pullies. The body work on the car is nice but wasnt done very well at all. every bit of the cusom work is cracking. The handles and the side vents arent too bad, but where the sunroof got filled it has cracked and lifted and looks terrible. I am working on getting that fixed now.
