I'd say it'd be about the same. Since the main difference between the SVT and 3L is the bore size and the input shaft for the tranny (I think that's what's different on the 3L to get it to mount correctly). Other than that, externally they are basically the same.
There is a difference in the transmission hook up to the 3L but from what I understand it is not a huge deal. Electrical wise it should all be the same. It's the same engine with a different bore, then you use an UIM and LIM from your V6 or an SVT. Otherwise it's the same.
Rather than get snipits of info on this subject here, why not check out the 3L forum? There are plenty of guys doing this very same thing in that forum and all your questions will/can be answered.

lol... in order to isntall a 3L or an SVT motor into a 95se you are going to need to replace harnesses, PCM, injectors, maf, basically everything about the car. its a difficult swap no matter how you look at it but it can and has been done.
