im just trying to change the sub frames on my 99 that have a lot of rust on them.

I'm almost 100% positive the rears are the same for all years. The front varies depending on year, engine, and transmission. If you are going SVT to SVT, then the only thing to look for is the change in the control arms. You'll need to match the control arms correctly.
