Sub frame connectors

Does anyone have pics or detailed instructions on instaling sub-frame connectors? I looked and cant find any. The ones i did find are all red x's?

don't they just weld onto your frame rails that run between both front and rear sub frames? or maybe you could look under your car and see how they fit.:shrug:
