Stupid ? for BAT Rear sway bar owners

This may seem like a stupid question but here goes. For those of you who have a BAT 21MM Rear sway bar. Once installed does the kink or bent side of the bar go on the drivers or passengers side? I was going to guess passengers.

I searched around on the forum with no pictures or answer to my question.

It's been quite a while since I looked under my car but I'm pretty sure the kink goes on the passengers side. The kink is present to help clear the fuel tank filler neck.

That is correct. It's either that or the fuel lines; regardless, it is on the passenger's side indeed.
