Stuck in 5th, not shift tower problem.

1999 SVT - Shifter stuck in 5th. I can get it to come out if I am at 2-3k rpms and don't push in the clutch. Other gears are fine. I can also get it to come out sometimes if I push it all the way to the passenger side and then down. Any ideas? Shift Fork?
