Striped wiper arms

I striped my windshield wiper arms. The wipers dont move now. can I glue them with something?
 
you might be able to make a key to use to drive them. otherwise I would go to the junk yard and get another arm assembly.
 
I checked the bolts when I removed the arms they were smooth not keyed. Stripped completly smooth.
