Hey guys, I am still trying to figure this out, but I'll review, My a/c will not work, the defrost, heat and panel work, but nop a/c! I replaced the switches, reverse diode on the wiring going to a/c clutch, hot wired the clutch and "Walla"! it worked. But after checking the relays and fuses I have had no luck tracing this problem. I also reviewed the recalls and service bulletins at Ford (friend at dealership), so I am in a funk because this is Florida and it is still hot and I'm tired of no air. Thanks for your help!

There should be two relays close to the radiator bottom. Did you test those too? In addition, did you test the other fuses and relays with a DVOM? A visual test won't do (unless to confirm that it is burnt out).

Check if you need refrigerant. Check if the radiator and evaporator is blocked (with leaves, dirt, etc.)

If all checks out fine, you have a wiring issue. Check from battery to switch and switch to a/c, relay to PCM and PCM to a/c

The pressure switch is on top of the accumulator can, next to the battery. It could be bad, or not plugged in well, or a common problem is the accumulator rusts out. I don't know if that rust happens in Florida though, but the accumulator is wrapped in foam that traps moisture.
