steering wheel cover

I'm trying to tighten my steering wheel cover. It's loose. Are the torx's on the bottom or top of the steering wheel? Anyone know what size?

well I finally got it. I had the wrong bolts. The dealer tech (I work at the dealer) figured out I was trying the wrong bolts. Popped top cover off, tightened the bolts, put the cover back on, wheel now tight.

This got rid of about 75% of the vibration I was getting while stopped in park! Never thought it would be something this simple!
