starter change

i did some good searching on here but maybe i didnt use the right keywords.how much of a PITA is it to change the starter on a 98 csvt? by th elook of things its a lil tough. can somebody give me a link to a how to or some advice as to do it. im gonna replace my starter and with a vacation coming up im pinching my pennies so im gonna do it myself. i know how to do it its just the details like bolt sizes and things thatll make my job easier. i did it on my 94 wrangler 6 times in an hour so i have a good idea of how things work

its not so hard and so long if you have the good tools, i never did mechanic myself before and i didnt my starter by myself withtout problem

does anybody hae pics and wrench specs (what sizes ill need). the autozone link was pretty generic

13mm for the 2 bolts. You'll need a 3" extension, a swivel head, and 2 6" ext. for the rear for the front a hinge head gear wrench for the front helps a ton.

awesome thanks. now i get to go and try to do it cuz im sure ford will charge me more than the car is worth to change it

And it can squeeze under the coolant lines. It's tight but doable.
