Spotted: SVT with TN plates in IL

On my way home from work today I followed a black 98 SVT that had Tennessee plates (Knox was written across the bottom... Knox County probably?). It was about 5:15-5:20 and we were getting off I-74 in East Peoria, IL. There was a little body damage on the left rear corner of the bumper.

I was in my Explorer, not my SVT. I tried to pull alongside at the light on the ramp, but traffic did not work out. You turned right, I turned left.

Anyone here??

Sorry.... The title of that thread made me think it only applied to situations where a card of some sort had been left on a parked car. That was not my situation so I didn't post it there.

hmmm. were there any mods? only black one in knox county I know of is brian. his is an E0 with blacked out reflector chrome but I dont think his bumper has any damage.

Reflector looked normal to me... it was dark out and it was reflecting from my headlights. (edit: duh.. you said the chrome was blacked out, not the reflector... I did not notice if the chrome strip was blacked out.)

It also looked like it may have had a light tint on the windows, and it had something mounted just above the dash... possibly a satellite radio add-on tuner?
