Spotted Silver Frost SVT in Wilkes-Barre

Spotted last Friday - Dec. 28th.

I was traveling South on route 309 as you were traveling North on 309. We passed each other by the BIG COW by the Snack Shack. You were headed towards Sheetz in a Silver Frost SVT Contour, PA plates, slight damage on rear bumper.

You have also been spotted by a friend of my brother's who was driving a beat up Hyundai Tiburon. He tried to race you but you beat him. This happened up by the Wyoming Valley Mall.

A friend of mine saw this Contour SVT by the Wyoming Valley Mall and took a picture, I will try to get him to send me the picture and I will have to post it up. From what he told me, it appears to be all stock, spoiler on the back, not sure on the rims, and has some minor rear bumper damage.
 
My friend up there has seen a silver SVT running around up there too. He even took a pic of it with his phone to prove it to me. I think he has also seen a black SVT or a SVT clone running around in the Mountain Top area. Occasionally you may see my T-Red one running around in the Mt. Top/Wilkes Barre area.
 
I guess I need to get up by the mall more. I've never been lucky enough to see a CSVT anywhere near there and I used to work at Staples up there almost everyday:shrug:.
