Spotted: Ford Fusion COP CAR.

Louisville PD has an old Dodge Caravan (im talking the old boxy ones from the early 90s), no markings or external lights just lights tucked in the grill and headliner. the only reason i even know it exists is because i have seen it with someone pulled over.

is it complete with the sagging headliner and faded paint?

nothing beats the department that uses a sonic blue terminator they confiscated from a street racer. NC i think. they use it to bust other street racers.

edit: except for the eyetalians with their police gallardo!

dont know about the sagging headliner but definitely has the faded paint. if it was just stopped on the side of the road it would look just like an old beat up minivan that finally bit the dust.

IIRC the Swiss have a Maserati of some kind, and the Italian Gallardo was wrecked.

Yeah, those are becoming common these days... And why not, the Government is selling itself Police cars. Government Motors offered local municipalities sick prices for those Tahoes, around 24k a piece. And you are right, they are all RWD, as they are Police specific Pursuit models that mandate a lower center of gravity... And they look bad ass to boot.

Here is the example contract from Louisiana:

Not here. My father in law orders cars for the sherriffs dept here. Lately they have been on a F-150 kick. But the prices they get them for is stupid good. $17K for a brand new, extended cab, V8, 4wd F-150.

F-150? No kidding. Interesting move. A while back I saw an Illinois State Trooper driving a Silver Ford SVT Lighting truck... Probably confiscated. Looked real cool.

we have a confiscated marauder for the county drug something or another peeps that stay on the freeway and randomly pick peeps to snag and search also a 99-04 mustang gt light bars and all county car plus the stealth mode chargers and tahoes.
