last time my car was broken into i had the detector laying right in the back seat and they didn't take it.

WRONG! Sorry, but any prosecutor will show that presenting the weapon at the "victim" WAS intent. At best they will get you for aggrivated assult. Any defence attorny will advise you to aim well....dead men have a hard time defending themselves in court. And remember, you feared for your life.

At least they didnt break your windows and steal anything. I wish I had that anti theft system that blows a fireball out the sides. Good thing its just the sail panels. Youre car is so clean Im surprised they didnt try harder.

Hopefully the cops will do a swing by late at night to catch the idiots.

Thats a white escort, the thing was beat (body damage before). The window didnt go up all the way. the vandals managed to tear the window down (broken regulator for sure) and get into the trunk. Several cars had there trunks popped as well.

My GF found the sail panel near her car, damaged tabs. I have to run out and get one today. Can't let them win.

No just assult with deadly weapon... seems now a day , if you pull the gun you might as well shoot or ur sh*t out of luck ... cause here if its not 100% fear for your life or matched force its ur butt on the line...
