I normally do go through RCL. I don't remember why we ended up with this bank, only thing I remember is they were having a good leasing special. It might have been that SUV's were selling like crazy at that time and Ford wasn't giving as good a deal on them. :shrug:
RCL now includes gap insurance as part of the lease.
Now there is no need to purchase it separately.
I'm not worried about dings, etc., when I turn one back in, the dealer usually buys out my lease since the miles are low and the Explorer is spotless. Even so, there are never any dings, dents or scratches on my 'sploders. LOL!
RCL is very accommodating. I've never had an issue with them. I even asked them to change the payment due date once and they did so without issue.
I'm back with RCL now and will never do a bank lease again.
My 03 is still here but I sold it. We're just waiting on the paperwork and money to change hands with the bank and it will be under new ownership.
