And not to mention the Hemi Police Charger beats all the other squad cars in braking, acceleration, quarter mile, and pursuit courses.

They weigh 4000lbs, i would say a well running 3L SVTC Should be close/ if not on par with a SRT8

Not sure about that. There's a few local towns that have hopped up cars for pursuits and etc...I know of at least a GTO and a Terminator.

I can attest to its add personally, running a 12.6@109mph w/1.91 60ft time too, not to mention 120K on the original motor and more importantly trans and valve springs

I never said a cop Charger, I said a Hemi Charger. If you search the internet, a standard Hemi Charger 0-60 is 6 seconds. Regardless, let's end this discussion.

yea i guess i can see a 3l Csvt out running a hemi charger maybe even a srt-8 or police charger.
now that i think about it i drove a g8 6.0l and a hemi charger my svt feels much quicker than both.
and its a 2.5 chipped with flowmaster cat back exhaust
not to mention going around corners, the charger felt like it was going to spin and the g8 im sure it did flip when i was driving. hehe
i say if there rolling a cop hemi charger cant catch a semi stock csvt.

Seeing as I've driven a G6 GT, SRT-8 Magnum, and SRT-8 300C, I will say that a semi-stock SVT is no where close to how fast they are. Neither is my car for that matter. It might feel fast, but the numbers just aren't there.

g6 gt? or g6 gxp?
of course not the srt-8 line. and the g8 gt i drove had 32 miles on it, it wasn't broken in, it has alot more in it. but the hemi charger just feels so sluggish compared to my svt, rolling up to 60 just feels as if it comes faster in the svt. from a dig the hemi feels unbeatable.the hemi charger does 1/4 mile in 14.5 stock some places i read 14.3 the 300c hemi i read 6.4 0-60. and 14.9 1/4 mile. those numbers are comparable to a semi stock svt. your 3l should eat all these numbers up....hehe. bone stock svt is 6.5 and 15.1 right? i had my contour in high 14's with 18's and bad tires.now with e1s and good tires it feels even faster..
but only the track will tell...

I meant G8 GT. Y2KSVT did a 2.1 60' and 14.2 second 1/4 with this car when he owned it. It now has more power than it did then. Stock CSVT 0-60 is like 6.9-7.1 seconds. Ford numbers are 7.9 "with four people and a full tank of gas."
