can someone photochop this so his reflectors are t-red and molded in but the reverse lights are still there.. I've been debating doing that but just dont know how it will look

I've seen it, and in my honest opinion, it looks horrible.

Looks much better the way it was

You'd never get the white reflector to be that shape in a friendly manner anyways. For the amount of work involved I'd consider replacing the trunk lights with something custom or something off another car. If it were me, I'd take a set of rear tail lights and back them up against each existing tail light to make crescent shaped lights..
