anyone ever ship just tires? like how tire rack does it?
ive only shipped wheels with tires on them, and pay about $50 per wheel. but im trying to figure out how to ship the tires without the wheels, for less. just inputting the specs on fedex's website still gives me about a $50 charge just for shipping one tire! :help:
i know there is no way these online tire places are paying that much to ship tires! there has to be some sort of trick to it. anyone know?? i have a customer asking me to ship him some tires (only) but obviously i cant sell him a pair with $50 shipping for EACH :shocked:
and i know you can ship them how tire rack does it. just slapping a label on the tire itself. but there has to be some kind of trick to how its done without being charged so much :shrug:
