Shaking/shuddering during acceleration and while cruising

Well the shop I took it to confirmed the problem (it's a side-to-side shudder) they couldn't get the car on the lift because it sits too low (stock rims and suspension...), but they didn't charge me anything and suggested a better place to take it.

When I accelerate in 5th gear at highway speeds, I can see the windshield washer nozzles move side to side...fairly violently at times.

What about the engine/transmission mount on each side being broken?

The front engine mount is worn out, which led to the CV joint loosening. It should be fixed by tomorrow.
