Seized Rear Caliper? (99 SVT)

When I picked up my dad's '99 the other night, the car did a strange yaw movement when I touched the brakes. Rear end pulled to the right. Later, I yanked the e-brake and it did the same thing. Is it common for the calipers to seize on these cars? My guess is that the right rear is seized since the left rear is dragging during a stop.

Can't imagine driving the car in the rain like this. I have to steer into it pretty good coming up to lights.

No, it is not common. Start by checking the caliper slide pins.

rear calipers are fixed calipers. fronts have slides.
