Just my 2 cents but I personally have to disagree (YMMV) on the "don't use lube" comment, I've found that trying to reinstall these dry will tear the o-rings or pinch them, over various cars that i've replaced injectors on I've always been instructed to use a very light coating of regular motor oil, nothing else.
In removing them, I unbolt the fuel rail from the LIM, and in a zigzag pattern from the end, pull gently on the metal "cup" that sits on top of the fuel injector, pulling diagonally outward at the same angle that the injector is sitting, and at the same time gently wiggle the fuel rail assembly, the rail should start popping off each injector in the zigzag pattern. If you try to pull straight up and off like i first did you will get nowhere fast or possibly damage stuff.
