In charging from a can never turn the can upside down. This allows direct liquid into the compressor. Normally the intake compressor valves expect the freon to be in a gaseous state.
I just thought most probably the people who made the can knew this,
I do not know what is the brand...isnt it possible that the can has a pipe which goes through it to the bottom (like paint cans), if so then it should be upright down....
