Those look sick but I think the only way that your going to be able to install or remove that header is by having the motor out. The center header bolts look impossible to get to.

You have to have faith in me........lol I will always try to make the header easier and beleive me it is easy to install you have straight shots on all bolt except for the two center you put them on with a box end wrench and you are lik eme I have a ratchet wrench 13mm not in the pic though

It's been awhile since I installed my WR headers... but isn't there a O2 sensor bung as well as the EGR bung on the rear manifold? Maybe the O2 sensor is lower and on the Y-pipe... just thought I would ask. I'd look at my pictures too, but imageshack seems to be giving me problems...

yeah the EGR will be welded on fixed jig we have already and the upper O2 is up top and the lower is in the Y-pipe too. This headers will be cut up to get the angle so he can bend the runners so I am not going to weld it together plus we are doing SS too.

Fair enough, looks like a decent amount of work will have to be done to the egr tube for the kit.

Still, when i saw those headers i went

The EGR will have a small angle tube your tube will align up perfect we take a female nipple attach it to the stock manifold then we weld up a jig to the master jig then we put the headers on the master jig then we bolt up the EGR jig then we set the male EGR fitting to the jig then weld in the small 1" tubing to the runner. Really easy to install for us.

Joey, any rough estimate of cost on a set of these?

Also, anyone wanna take a stab at what kinda gains we'd see over a set of MSDS or WR shorty headers?

Yea because I would be down for selling my SS WR headers for these puppies... very nice.

Although I'm still waiting to hear whether you guys are thinking about making/selling long tube headers??!!
 Because that would be hella cool.

Sure hope these don't make the duratec sound bad like the equal length headers do for the WRX

Joey, those look so cool!

From our conversation over the summer, wouldn't you agree that it would be better to move the O2 bung from the stock location to after the collector so that it samples from all three cylinders?

I could move it to the collector if people want to buy extensions for the O2 wires because you can't soldier them and butt connectors suck so I would have to offer extensions too not sure what people think but yet I could. Joey
