It will get new paint anyways. And like you said it is better than rust, of which there is not a spot on the car.

That still has to be decided. I actually thought about trying to do a duratech swap from an LS but the whole idea just ran out of proportion before I even spent any money on it so I decided to scrap it, for now at least. It will most likely just be a SBC in it as I have most everything that I would need already in my garage and it would be the cheapest/quickest route to a really fun little toy. The car should be ready for paint by the end of the week though and I will decide what to do with the drivetrain for sure by then.

my uncle has a LS7 stroker (440CI) with a 200shot in his T/A....yeah. its quick. not near as fast as our contours though:crazy:
