Read Door stuck

MY rear passanger side door dont want to open. with my keyless its dont seem to unlock so and i unlock it manualy i can hear it unlocking put cannot be open, same thing if i want to lock it i have to do it manualy, as soon as i lock or unlock manualy i hear the motor doing the rest of the job.

what can i do, how can i open it ?

Check the Power door lock actuator assembly.

Try opening up the "inside release handle cup and switch assembly" and check it from there. In addition, you may have to rig something up with a wire clothes hanger to (hook) unlock it from the switch assembly opening.
