Some of you have probably seen the video on facebook, but i'll post them here anyways. I ran my first ever autocross event at the Carlisle All Ford Nationals. Out of 26 cars, I ran the 11th fastest time, so I guess that's not to bad for my first time out. Ran 4th fastest out of my group of 9, but wasn't far off from the fastest in my group. With some more practice, a little more power, and more guts, I think I can improve a lot. Regardless, I had a blast and am addicted now. I've been wanting to run an event for over 5 years now, but never had the guts to go and do it. My next event is June 29th. Runs 3 and 4 were my fastest, and I think the most fun to watch. Turn up the volume and listen. :D

SOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!! I was shaking so bad when I got out of my car after the 4 runs that I couldn't put my key in the ignition to move the car lol!

Car sounds great and looks like fun.

Thanks, just an NPG CAI, headers and y pipe. Stock resonator and mufflers. So much fun though

If anyone hasn't tried this and is afraid of getting lost, or looking like an idiot, put it past you and just go. So worth the time and money, and possibility of humiliation.

No, that's all the bigger the Carlisle Events autocross is. I'm planning on doing a real parking lot event with the SCCA here in a couple of weeks. That'll be a more complex and fun course.

your car sounds amazing for the setup. i've always been worried about getting lost and running over cones.

Darn I missed it, glad you got videos! Congrats on your first run and putting up a good time for the first time running!

Thanks! That's what I'm afraid of too. This was a very simple track, so I didn't have to worry about that. On June 29th, that'll be a different story. Going to a real SCCA event.

Thanks! I'll remind you next year to stick around. I'm sure i'll be doing it again!
