Premium Fuel and Octane Booster

I return oil all the time that people bring me for oil changes when they have zero clue what needs to go in their engine.

This is probably a stupid question but can you really return stuff that you didn't buy from them?

I "bought" four H3 bulbs for fog lights from Advance Auto. I say "bought" because somehow they only charged me for one. After I got home and realized they weren't the "white" color I wanted I looked at the receipt and finally realized why I only spent $6. So Advance wouldn't take them because the receipt only said I paid for one. Wal*Mart to the rescue! They took all four and gave me a gift card with $24.XX.

Store made an error and put 3 extra bulbs in your bag. You only paid for one bulb but when returning all 4 bulbs to them you wanted money back for the 3 bulbs you didn't pay for?

No, I just didn't realize it at the time when I went to bring them back in the first place.

So, I made $18 off of one stores error. OH NO TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THINGS!!!

so theres no reason to use 93? Premium around here is either 91 or 93, though I dont know for sure if stations with 91 are cheaper than those with 93.

And you did end up spending that credit at walmart right?

I think I bought some nonsensical crap there.

I'm not saying I did something great, just thought I'd show it is possible to bring similar products back to Walmart if you lose the receipt.

They would be losing a ton of money then, seeing how you didn't buy it from them.
captain obvious to the rescue!!!!!!!!!!!! If walmart sells the product you have, you can return it to them for store credit on a giftcard then someone else will buy it eventually so they wont "lose" money but break even:laugh:
