Posting in classifieds

Okay I know there's been a few of these threads but I can't seem to find 'em for some reason. And I pm'ed a couple of mods but no replies, so...

I can't seem to post in the classifieds even though I meet the requirements. Didn't the software not automatically allow people to post there a while ago? I thought that issue was solved? Do the mods still need to manually allow users to post in the classifieds?

You have to be patient with replies, especially if the people you pm'd were not online when you pm'd them.
