Post your car wash pics

its going to take acid to take it off.

Eagle One Polish.. about twelve bucks.. took off an entire winter's worth of crud just like the stuff pictured. I was CERTAIN it wasn't going to come off, but this stuff owns all.

I believe Kevin introduced me to the stuff in 05. Works great, and no scratches. :)

Another thing that works is just using the car wash soap in its concintrate form. Let that soak for a while, then take your sponge and clean it up.

And here we had poor AJ ready to burn his dick skinners off by using an acid. :p

quick wash today. actually forgot to do the plastic around the bottom of the car (use a different sponge for that, the microfiber leaves fuzz behind)

oh well...

its going to take acid to take it off. I spent a lot of time trying and came down to the point where the only thing that will work is acid or sandpaper, which means I would end up having to paint the wheels. im not extremely concerned though, I got these rims for free with brand new tires because I pulled a couple of favors. My last set of E1's were black and had mismatching tires.

Before using something so aggressive, try a chemical clean first...sometimes I use electric motor spray (if you're into RC, I use the Trinity Buggy and Motor Blast) or denatured alcohol to clean select spots in metal and plastic, might sound strange, but it works and is better than acid, sandpaper, or a scotchbrite pad...

Car looks good Jared... and I have yet to see a set of SVT wheels in which the crud couldn't come off with "Neverdull." Best stuff out there for cleaning up that rusty colored crap and easily removing brake dust.

thanks reebs, I have a can of Nevrdull at my mom's house, might have to give it a shot.

I have a whole winter of storage time to fix/clean her up... I just picked up a winter beater... 98 Contour SE with a V6 and ATX and 127K on the clock. Car has a blown trans so bagged and I are pulling it thursday and dropping it off at liberty to find out the cost to rebuild it. Got the car for a steal :)
