Pioneer head unit help!

ok i keep buying all of these wiring harneses to hoom up a pioneer head unit and the speaker plug connector wont conncet into any of them right. also i looked and behind my glove box theres a shiney box.. ig uess thats the amp? what do i need to get/do?

No, but it's highly recommended.... new cd players come with internal amplifers which are better than using your stock amp as the main amlifier.... I suggest bypassing it, it's really, really, REALLY, not that hard... follow the FAQ posted and it'll give you step by step instructions..
