PIAA...I thought they were reputeable?

my Pilot 360C's have been holding up fine since SZ. AND they actually have a fog beam pattern, not that whack narrow driving beam pattern on the optilux's and proburners.
 
Hm I was thinking about getting some Hella's, and IIRC the lenses are glass on those too, but I was thinking maybe a thin sheet of plexiglass or lexan or basically any thin yet strong sheet of some sort so I can cut a hole in that and maybe place it slightly ahead of the fog in the housing just to protect the glass lens. Sort of like my brothers '99 Cougar, which apparently has projector fogs (stock?) and just a thin sheet of plastic covering the opening.
 
Lol, I was also thinking of ways to protect them...but my only thought was some Elky mesh would look awkward.:laugh:
