The whole Brady vs Manning comparison has been beat to death, but the bottom line is you play to win the Super Bowl, not set records. People who win multiple Super Bowls are team players, and those who break records ... well .... So in my opinion Manning will break records all day long, but the man with a fist full of heavy metal is the better team player. Look at all the different people that have come and gone for the Pats, and they are still contenders. If the Colts had that many changes I'd like to see how they fair. I personally think that Manning and Marino are awesome players, but the best are Bradshaw, Montana, Elway, Aikman, & Brady because they succeeded in everyone's dream of winning it all!

I'm still upset over how the Patriots used Hartford to get a new stadium. We were so close to having a major league team and it got snatched away. I guess I'm a little bitter about that. Plus I'm not saying that Manning hasn't choked before I'm just saying I'd like to see him go and try for the win. the colts beat us during the regular season...and manning has had his shot at making it to the superbowl, but as you said...he chokes...if he chokes in the AFC game, hows he gonna pull out a win in the superbowl? either way i love watching the two teams play each other

We seem to do better when we are the underdog. I think we are going to do well. You may not have noticed but we did not use maroney or dillon that much in the last game, maybe b/c they didn't want them getting hurt. Hopefully we will use them more in this coming game.

If the Hartford government wasn't so and took care of some of the "environmental cleanup issues" then maybe the Pats would be playing there. It would have made my drive to Gillette shorter.

My take on the SB is it is going to be a political bowl.
Does it surprise you that after all the hype/heat that the Bush Administration received b/c of the Katrina disaster and it also being the 1st year of the newly rebuilt arena in New Orleans that the Patriots (symbolizing America ) and the New Orland Saint's are still in contention? I have been watching very closely all season and its amazing how it's playing out. Coincidence? Maybe...but we will see. You wait and see if it's not the Patriots and the Saints in the SB w/ the Saints coming out on top.

Not into politics....Simply stating it seems a little fishy to just be coincidence
anyone watch the eagles saints game? calls were all on the saints side.. friends think that because New orleans was under water saints are winning the super bowl..

I didn't say anything about the government controlling anything. I'm saying it would be a little ironic if it's the Pats and the Saints play in the SB. But mostly if the Saints win. And noting the media would have a field day w/ it.

This uear the Saints happen to be real good. Maybe its coincidence maybe not. Good coaching, good players is what makes the team. Penalties or what not, it shouldn't even matter if the team is that good. yah, they have sucked majorly in the past but this year they are good.
The Pats are always contenders, well recently anyway, and hy recently I mean the last 7 yrs. They are good and deserve to be there.

Tampa's like that only about 80% of the fans are Red Sox fans. We went to a game there 2 years ago, but we got our a's kicked!! On the way out 2 or 3 people were chanting, "Red Sox Lost!!" then a Red Sox fan yelled, "You're in last place!!" and everyone busted out laughing!!
