Painted oval, eyelids, and optimized TB

I had seen your pictures before...what else did you do? I thoroughly cleaned everything, removed half the bar, countersunk the screws, and sharpened the leading edge of the plate.

What did you use to polish?

you remove,or atleast smooth out the transistion/ridge inside,knife edge more than you did,thin down the rear shaft,and angle the lead edge of the bar,sometimes a remove a good bit of material inside as well. i than hand sand and polish the interior of the tb. also,check to make sure the plate is opening all the way,might have to shave some off of the stopl
