P1600

Hey guys,
Another guy here in Lapeer has a 99 SVT and has a bunch of codes and one of them is P1600. I have no idea what that is so if you could help me out that would be awesome.

I dont believe Fords have a P1600 code. :shrug:

Your car is fine, a few minor glicks but otherwise its okay. Ya I reset it but its still 1600, no idea what it is. Cant find it anywhere. I think its the memory for the computer.

EDIT: Also found another site online that had the same exact text. This seems to be what the code means, but I'm not quite sure exactly what it means. Does that make sense? lmao

Ford did not use a P1600 code.

It is not uncommon for tuners and the like to pull bogus (non-existent) codes and waste everyone's time.

Use a real scan tool instead.
