This is perfect!

I do have a question though, I had these two codes come up:

Code 1 - P0153 Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit Slow Response - Bank No. 2.

Code 2 - P1151 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 2.

What is the part# for the sensor I need to replace? I went to the 02sensors website and theri were multiple selections/brands for upstream and downstream.

Help?

For Ford/Motorcaft part number, go to www.motorcraft.com and look it up in the online parts catalog.

Otherwise, just go to AutoZone's website and look up the Bosch part number.

There's plenty of choices. Common brands are Motorcraft, Bosch, NGK, Denso, and more. All seem to work well enough.

Just make certain you get one with a long enough and the correct harness connector unless you feel like splicing wires.

The "universal" ones. The Motorcraft plug right in, are OEM dealer's part. I just had a P1131, for the rear bank. Be glad it's the front! The new sensor seems to have solved my car's CEL and occasional sulphur smell problems.

Try here:http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carcode,1304019,parttype,5132All the numbers! It looks like DY738, and much cheaper than the dealer will be. I got mine at local dealer, with discount $105, I wanted it in a hurry..Maybe Bill Jenkins would be a better deal.

Thanks for the reply's guys, I will be fixing this problem on Saturday!!

Now if only I could fix the 3000$ in body work...

Some brands of O2 sensors do not come with the connectors. You have to splice your old O2 sensor connector to the new O2 sensor.
