Ohio people?

Thanks for the advice. Sounds like I should stick to 225/45 or at most 235/40 if I want to take a risk. You didn't mention, do you know whether your wheels are 7" or 7.5"?

Any autocross advice for a complete novice to the activity, much less with the SVT? I'm going to start this season, which is the main reason I'd like to go 235 if possible. Headers put me in STX, which bumps the width restriction to 245 as I'm sure you know.
 
Looks like the Ohio NECO meet will be in Columbus on Friday evening, April 17th. We're planning on meeting at 7pm at the Dave & Buster's at Mill Run.

Im in Cbus....i swear i hardly ever see any CSVT's around here. Very rarely. Nice to know they are out there somewhere :rolleyes: Anybody who feels like tearing up the roads, let me know, send me a pm.. Also, anyone planning on running the OVR SCCA test n tune on the 4th?
 
I've saw one silver SVT in Westerville last fall dropping my daughter off at Otterbein. Definitely interested in a Columbus meet. I was out of town for the one they had last year.

I live out in the sticks, but work in Grove City. I've seen quite a few CSVTs since getting mine a year and a half ago.
 
i'm toledo as well, cool to see more people joining in TOL

i'm more near holland though.. bonnie used to pass me all the time, there's another guy with a black one too.

my car's gonna be nice this summer :laugh:

this summer isn't going to be showing off summer for me, mainly work, wife car repairs/mods. I've got a long laundry list.
 
well hell its been to long......
Cleveland on the west side by the zoo.


anyone remembers me.....everything on my contour has decied to go downt eh crapper on me all at once. Needs suspension all around.....got into a an accident in the winter,,,driverside fender gotta be replaced, dent in door that aint comin out...need new driver side mirror. Paint looks like ass. just replaced front pass side wheel bearing, control arm, end link.......damn this car... i need a new one....

if i can get my crap togther and get a loan.. i kinda wanna buy a built 3L or a Turbo contour.

So if i can get that together, then yeah, ide sell it to ya. You can come check it out if you want man whenever.

What i really want is a 08-09 Cobalt SS , the turboed ones, but thats me dreamin at this point.


And been doin alright.. Money just blows..lo
