official black svt thread!

how cost to have those projector lights made?
You can do a good Bi-Xenon yourself for about $300 or less which includes the projectors, HIDs, and projector shroud. http://www.theretrofitsource.com/

The morimoto mini H1 is a great budget bi-xenon kit.

Takes a good few days to do the custom work.

1. Bake the lights open, take apart all the rubber seals and connectors
2. Mount the lights on something sturdy, facing against a large wall
3. turn them on and tape off the beam pattern against a garage or wall
4. take the bulbs out and paint the reflectors at this point if you want to
4. cut a giant whole for the projectors
5. fit the projectors in, aim them up and glue them in with JB weld quick-set
6. seal everything up with silicone, and reassemble

that's about as basic as it gets.. but it's not rocket science. If you have a spare set of headlights, it relieves a lot of the stress of working on your ONLY set of headlights.

This still allows you to aim your lights up and down, and left and right. Plus you can choose from an abundance of projector shrouds. Paying $1000 is something of the past.

Sorry Pud.

Got the rear done. A lot lower then others I've seen. BAT struts with b&g springs.

Looking good Zach! I also just put on B&G springs, but with Koni's. I'd post up a pic of mine, but sadly its still not back on the ground yet.
