North Houston T-Red, Black cowl??

On the way in this morning. On the beltway (8, Sam Houston Parkway, Toll road, etc) headed west, exited Aldine Westfield..

T-red, 98 or 99. dark tint, dark wheels. Black cowl hood (like Rawburt's hood). Christmas tree freshener on the rear-view.

Who is it?

Not sure, but I think I may have seen the same car in the Cypress area a couple of months back.

I'll keep an eye out. But curious Ray why do you say it was either '98 or '99. Those are the only years I can tell apart, '99 and '00 I can't.

I did see another T-Red yesterday in Atascocita, (FM1960 & Timber Forest) in front of Mulligan's. Couldn't see the hood but not the same one you saw as it had E1 rims.
