My Advice:
Bottom line is start with stock and tighten the gap about .005" for every 6-7psi of boost.
Adjust heat range down one step if you consistently track the car AND you are boosting 8psi or so consistently. If you are boosting more then perhaps another step cooler, especially from hot climates this is more of an issue versus cool climate way up north.

well i am going to be running/am running 8#s so the colder plugs sounds like a good idea. it also sounds like I can open the gap up alitle if I choose as I have them at 35 thousandths at the moment. when I last checked them the wear on the plugs seemed good. one bank was alittle darker then the other but that was because one bank wasn't fueling as much as the other. now since that is straightened out I'll have to check again.

I think that over the summer I will get in touch with you guys to get alittle more performance out of my tune since there is a good base tune now.

warmonger is way too smart ;) i don't know that much about plugs heat range or gap but i know that my car won't even run with my MSD ignition bypassed *(unplugged) with the wide gap i run. i had problems with fouling plugs on nitrous, thats why i got the MSD ignition. its not necessary now, but why not use it? so can you tell me why my car wouldn't run worth a damn with a plug gap so wide? could i be too rich at idle? i don't think so, but when the car is cold it doesnt like to run w/o MSD. and it idles between 15.2-15.6 AFR, but it seems to idle a little under 750 on my tach.
