MTX's aren't really any different than doing a ATX... (well besides the liability part) you just have to add a relay for the clutch bypass so that the car thinks the clutch is pushed in when it's remote started so it will allow the car to remote start. Also if you have an SVT your going to need an immobilizer bypass module to get pass the PATS system. I still have the paper work and notes from when I did mine, which if I could find a scanner I could send to you.... since you have the same car as me..
