Ive seen two non-cegr SVT's here. One green and one black. My girl friend refers to it as the "dog see dog" reaction. I jump around the car and spin my head in both directions saying, "Oh. oh did you see that!" then I continue to stare at until I lose sight, explain the car in detail. Now looking back, it is pretty funny.

I'm with CNewton.

A friend of mine has an '02 Corolla S .... purchased voluntarily ... because he liked his old base-model '99 so much. He can make that thing scoot too! (even with the ATX!) I drove it once and didn't care for the handling, but otherwise it is a fine vehicle with a surprising amount of options and despite regular "enthusiastic use" it still acts like new and has had only one problem with cheap fix during his ownership.
