need some help with overheating

alright i'll give that shot right now, and that makes the fan spin all the time correct?

the high or low fan. I believe I read the high fan spins all the time.

k real quick, i don't have a black with white stripe.
I have a black with blue stripe i'm assuming it's the same just harness difference in the years. And just to make sure i have to cut that wire splice it into the remaining wire on the plug side right? i just wanna make sure i do it right. Or do i just splice and not cut. I couldn't really tell in those pics. the quick the reply the better everything is ready for me to do it and test.

thanks

.. just splice and not cut. ..

Just splice and not cut.

Black with white tracer.
Tnew wire
to ground

Using the big T as a schematic, the top wire (horizontal) is the black with white tracer. The stem (vertical new wire) will be your splice to the ground.

i have 2 black smaller wires. solid black, and a black with blue stripe, like i said i don't have a black with white stripe. That is why i asked if it was the same thing.

The black with white is probably the same as the black with blue for you. I don't have a schematic diagram for your year.

alright finally got some time to do this. And well nothing the fans don't spin period. I spliced in to the black/blue strip wire and grounded it with the other nearby engine grounds right behind the pass headlight. So i'm not sure what to do now, other then hardwire the low fan to be on always when the ignition is on.

Well, as your fans run when you hardwire them, it means you have a problem with the wiring from the fans to the ground or just the ground itself.

At this point if this were my car, I would hardwire the fans to Fuse 2 (or Fuse 3 if 2 doesn't work) in the Power Distribution Box. That way the fans will always come on when you turn the ignition on.
