What are the other symptoms? Did you double check plug wires? What kind of 3L build is it?

it is full 3L with svt cams in 3 l heads 2.5 intakes and msds headers and yes we checked the plug wires.
Could be the pulse wheel. Are you uncertain as to whether or not you set it up right?! There is a marking for 2.5L on the wheel, you wanted it set to that, even tho this is a 3L.
What are the other symptoms?! Are you getting fuel?! What about the MAF?!
