MZR engine conversion

Someone told me that the Mazda MZR, 2.3L DISI turbo I4 would bolt right into a Contour. This engine in North American trim produces 272 hp. I know there would be ECU issues. I believe it is based on a Ford "Duratec" motor. Has anybody heard of this or have any thoughts?

Only motor that 'bolts' right in is a 2.5L duratec. Even the 3.0L duratec takes minor modification to drop in.
