Well, I'd say you did what you had to do. Looks like a decent upgrade. Granted, a car not starting doesn't necessarily warrant replacing it, but when it happens often, that one time can push you over the edge. Don't worry about what others thing, nice car.

If you like it, that's all that matters.
I think it's a cool look'in car, cept for the back. But then again, i've never been a big fan of hatchback cars. not my cup of tea, but if you like it more power to ya!!!! Where would a turbo put you at?

Did the US see this car? Seems like every other country gets better stuff. Although given some of the Hyundai sentiments I guess it made sense they didn't even bother trying to sell it here. I'd love to see something like that.

( My computer isn't loading hyundaiusa.com to verify  )

It was included in the final price of the car.... So I'm not quite sure what it is at the moment.. I'll have to look for the bill of sale...

nope we didnt. but we get an SE version, nothing special. looks sorta like the Kannooks

Yes the US and Canada Both have a GS, and SE model. Canada received the SR model because hyundai Canada insisted on having it. we also have a Performance line (just like ford has SVT) called Hyundai Performance Parts. They just started with this but they have a lot of "tuning" parts... for me after the turbo perhaps brake upgrade...
