Bradness
CEG'er
Although I recall this is a fairly normal occurrence, all my moonroofs have been good until now.
Here's the problem I'm experiencing: the switch function which raises/tilts the moonroof at the back works fine. However, when I try to operate it to have the moonroof drop down and slide rearward into the cavity located in the roofliner, it just doesn't move. I thought it might be frozen but it's warm here, well above freezing. I know the most common problems are the motor seizing up or broken teeth in the drive.
Anyone have this or a similiar experience? How'd you fix it?
